Chrissi Chapman Topoleski is the Branch Vice President and non-competing managing broker of Coldwell Banker Realty’s Woodbridge–Prince William County office in Woodbridge, Virginia. She has coached agents who went on to become top producers, helped developing agents create meaningful momentum after periods of limited production, and supported established agents as they refined and expanded businesses they had already worked hard to build.

Chrissi leads a weekday Daily Huddle that provides agents with consistent coaching, market insight, skill development and accountability. These focused sessions address the real situations agents encounter every day—from lead conversion and client communication to contract strategy, mindset, market changes and business-building opportunities. She believes that small, timely coaching moments can create better decisions, stronger client service and additional transactions.

A student of the market, Chrissi regularly analyzes real estate activity throughout Prince William County and Northern Virginia. Rather than relying on broad headlines or subjective descriptions of whether the market is “good” or “slow,” she teaches agents how to interpret local inventory, new listings, showing activity, contract activity, days on market, pricing trends and price reductions. Her philosophy is simple: agents cannot control the market, but with the right knowledge, skills and consistent action, they can learn to make their own market.

Chrissi is equally committed to professionalism and risk management. Her experience in real estate compliance, contracts, ethics and professional standards allows her to help agents protect their clients, their businesses and their licenses while navigating increasingly complex transactions. Chrissi’s industry service has included serving as President of both her local REALTOR® association and local Women's Council of REALTORS® network and participating in the Virginia REALTORS® Economic Research Committee, Professional Standards and other industry committees. She is a member of the Virginia REALTORS® Honor Society and has been recognized by the Prince William Association of REALTORS® with honors including Manager of the Year, the Helpful Neighbor Award, the Code of Ethics Award and the Hall of Fame Award.
